7、Hughes.While these jobs are no longer with GE,they continue to exist under their new managing companies.GE Foundation,the philanthropic organization of GE,is committed to transforming our communities and shaping the diverse workforce of tomorrow.Total Contributions as a Percentage of GE Revenue is a

8、 new metric in 2018 to align with Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose Giving in Numbers annual survey.Through 2019,GE has reduced Greenhouse Gas(GHG)Emissions from our operations by 21%from our adjusted 2011 baseline.With these results,GE has surpassed our 20%by 2020 GHG goal.GEs GHG Emissions ha

9、ve decreased,in part,due to better control of key gases in manufacturing;energy efficiency projects;business changes such as acquisitions and divestitures;and changes in overall grid emission factors.We are committed to EHS excellence to protect our people,our communities and the GE brand.Our site,p

10、roject,and service managers are accountable for the EHS performance of the operations,employees,and contractors they supervise;and we monitor this performance through indicators such as injury rates and significant environmental events.We are deeply saddened to report any fatalities for our employee

11、s and contractors.We have completed rigorous reviews for each event so we may learn across all our businesses and take action to always reduce serious risk.We remain steadfast in our commitment to protect people working on our behalf,so they return safe each day to their families,friends,and their c

19、ealth,&safety(EHS),labor,and human rights may be incomplete or not consistently enforced.Regardless of the legal climate,we expect our suppliers to comply with GE standards that require fair treatment of workers,a safe and healthy work environment,and environmental protection.Our Supplier Integrity

20、Guide governs all facets of our relationships with suppliers and includes,among other things,specific prohibitions against forced,prison or indentured labor.Our extensive global supply chain audit program focuses on locations where there is heightened risk of non-compliance with our standards.These

21、on-site,in-person audits seek to identify non-compliant practices of any type or level,and the businesses work with suppliers post-audit to correct these practices and ensure a worksite in line with GEs standards.At GE,we drive better outcomes through our collaboration and partnership with suppliers
