21、EM.This regulation aims to promote the use of electricvehicles within Peru and establish the requirements andprocedures for the installation and operation of thenecessary charging infrastructure.Regarding the scope of application,this RT covers theholders of new and/or existing ICMEs,as well as thei

25、0364-5-54andNTP-IEC61851-1.The ICME must not operate withoutconnection to the grounding system at any time.Grounding System Resistance:Maximum of 10 ifrecommended by the manufacturer;in other cases,it should not exceed 5.Protections:Theyareincludedagainstovercurrents,differentials,over voltages,tran

26、sientsand mechanical protection of the components.Harmonic Distortion:It should not exceed 5%accordingtoNTP-IEC61000-3-2andNTP-IEC61000-3-12 standards.Feasibility of Electrical Supply:The EDE grants thefeasibility for exclusive electricity supply accordingto established procedures.Proximity detectio

27、n function:The ICME of chargingmodes 2,3 and 4 must guarantee the proximitydetection function,according to NTP-IEC 61851-1,NTP-IEC 62196-1 and NTP-IEC 62196-2.Control Pilot Function:Ensures correct interactionbetween the EVSE and the electric vehicle.Interoperability Protocol:It is necessary for EVS

29、d/or 4,intended for charging a private vehicle and/or charging private fleets.Public Access ICME ICME with charging modes 3 and/or 4,intended for users with public access,restricted or unrestricted operation.Unrestrictedoperated ICMEThe ICME,whether public or private access,allows operation without

35、mobility from renewable sources.Inclusion of topics related to electric vehicles and their charging infrastructure in courses ofcertain specialties at universities and technical institutes.Research and identification of projects for the recycling,re-use,and final disposal ofbatteries and other compo
