11、 use these insights at their discretion.Salary Watch03INDUSTRIALAs Indias Industrial sector embraces other emerging themes such as AI technologies,IoT-driven processes and Industry 4.04,salaries have increased due to the height-ened demand for R&D,Technology,AI,Cloud,Data and Innovation functions.In

12、dias manufacturing sector plays a pivotal role,contributing approximately 17%to the countrys GDP1.Since August 2023,the industry has experienced robust growth,marked by an uptick in employment.The positive trend is due to the large increase in foreign direct investments(FDI)into India from manufactu
