2、性語言文化指南由 RWS 全球來自 30 多個國家的語言專家編寫,作為全球首屈一指的由技術賦能的語言、內容和知識產權服務提供商,此指南的推出旨在為中國企業出海提供無偏見、包容性的英語風格指南和敏感詞匯表。從多樣性、平等和包容性(DEI)角度出發,重新審視并規范了英文敏感詞匯的使用。通過推薦使用“人本語言”、避免偏見與冒犯性詞匯、摒棄委婉語、尊重個體偏好等原則,助力企業在全球交流中構建更加和諧、尊重與包容的溝通環境。指南涵蓋了以下五個章節:2023 RWS3Accessibility&Health本章節旨在提高公眾對無障礙環境與健康議題中語言使用的敏感度。其中在描述殘障或疾病時建議使用“人本語言
