17、siness has been able to benefit from continued recovery in travel and tourism spending.Although there was an increase in visitor arrivals and improvement in hotel occupancy rate in Macau and Hong Kong,due to global economic uncertainties,weak consumer sentiment and decrease in per-capita spending of
18、 visitors,the Group has recorded a mild decrease in its turnover of some 2.3%from its businesses in Macau and Hong Kong and the Group recorded a profit attributable to owners of the Company of some HK$6.0 million in the Year,as compared to a profit attributable to owners of the Company of HK$48.6 mi
19、llion for the year of 2023,representing a period-on-period decrease of approximately 87.7%.The Groups profit attributable to owners of the Company of some HK$6.0 million in the Year has been mainly attributable to(i)a loss attributable to owners of the Group s food and catering business of some HK$3
20、.6 million,(ii)a profit attributable to owners of the Groups food souvenir business of some HK$15.9 million and(iii)a profit attributable to owners of the Group s property investment business of some HK$1.1 million.The Group has also recorded for the Year:(i)a decrease of some 2.3%in turnover as com
21、pared to that of the year of 2023;(ii)decrease of some 5.6%in cost of sales(food costs),increase of some 6.0%in direct operating expenses,of some 3.4%in administrative expenses,and of some 9.0%in finance costs,as compared to that of the year of 2023;(iii)22.8%in gross operating profit ratio as compa
22、red to the gross operating profit ratio of 25.9%for the year of 2023;(iv)a profit attributable to owners of the Company of some HK$6.0 million as compared to a profit attributable to owners of the Company of some HK$48.6 million for the year of 2023;董事欣然向各股東提呈本集團本年度之本年報。隨著澳門及香港訪客人數增加,本集團的業務得以受惠於旅遊及旅
23、遊消費的持續復甦。儘管澳門及香港的訪客人數增加及酒店入住率有所上升,但由於全球經濟不明朗、消費者信心疲弱及訪客人均消費減少,於本年度,本集團於澳門及香港業務之營業額錄得輕微下跌約2.3%,且本集團錄得本公司擁有人應佔溢利約6,000,000港元,而二零二三年之本公司擁有人應佔溢利為48,600,000港元,按期減少約87.7%。於本年度,本集團錄得本公司擁有人應佔溢利約6,000,000港元,主要歸因於(i)本集團食物及餐飲業務錄得擁有人應佔虧損約3,600,000港元;(ii)本集團食品手信業務錄得擁有人應佔溢利約15,900,000港元;及(iii)本集團物業投資業務錄得擁有人應佔溢利約1
24、,100,000港元。本集團於本年度亦錄得:(i)營業額較二零二三年下降約2.3%;(ii)與二零二三年相比,銷售成本(食物成本)下降約5.6%、直接經營開支上升約6.0%、行政開支上升約3.4%及財務成本上升約9.0%;(iii)經營毛利率為22.8%,而二零二三年經營毛利率為25.9%;(iv)本公司擁有人應佔溢利約6,000,000港元,而二零二三年本公司擁有人應佔溢利則約為48,600,000港元;AN N U AL REPORT 年報 2024 7Chairman s Statement 主席報告(v)毛利率約74.0%,EBITDA約90,300,000港 元,而 二 零 二 三
25、年 毛 利 率 則 約 為73.1%,EBITDA約為125,500,000港元;(vi)與二零二三年相比,其餐廳及工業餐飲業務同店表現提升約7.7%,食品手信業務同店表現則提升約3.9%;及(vii)普通經營溢利淨額約為13,000,000港元,而二零二三年普通經營溢利淨額則約為46,800,000 港元。於二零二四年十二月三十一日,主要投資物業已由獨立專業估值師進行估值,估價約為550,000,000港元(二零二三年十二月三十一日:558,000,000港元)。就主要與本集團在中國大陸之附屬公司有關之海外業務換算匯兌差額而言,本集團於本年度錄得整體其他全面收入約300,000港元,而二零二
26、三年則錄得整體其他全面虧損約96,000港元。有關本集團於本年度表現之財務分析及明細之詳情載於本年報第70至99頁之 管理層論述及分析 一節。經考慮本集團的財務狀況及為保留現金流量用作本集團之營運資金,董事不建議就本年度宣派及派付任何末期股息??v使疫情已過,澳門及香港的旅遊復甦,本集團於澳門及香港的業務繼續面臨挑戰,包括經濟放緩、訪客消費謹慎、消費者信心疲弱及北上的消費趨勢盛行。消費者行為的變化均影響了本集團食物及餐飲業務的增長勢頭及本集團於本年度的盈利能力。(v)a gross margin ratio of some 74.0%with an EBITDA at some HK$90.3
27、million as against a gross margin ratio of some 73.1%with an EBITDA at some HK$125.5 million for the year of 2023;(vi)an increase of some 7.7%in the same store performance of its restaurants and industrial catering business,and of some 3.9%in the same store performance of its food souvenir business,
28、as compared to that of the year of 2023;and(vii)the Net Ordinary Operating Profit of some HK$13.0 million,as against a Net Ordinary Operating Profit of some HK$46.8 million for the year of 2023.As at 31 December 2024,the Key Investment Property has been valued by an independent professional valuer a
29、t some HK$550.0 million(31 December 2023:HK$558.0 million).In respect of the exchange differences on translating foreign operations which relate mainly to the Groups subsidiary companies in Mainland China,the Group has recorded an overall other comprehensive income of some HK$0.3 million for the Yea
30、r,as compared to an overall other comprehensive loss of some HK$96,000 for the year of 2023.Details of financial analysis and breakdown of the Group s performance in the Year are set out in the section headed“Management Discussion and Analysis”on pages 70 to 99 of this annual report.After considerin
31、g the Group s financial position and in order to preserve cashflow for the Group s working capital,the Directors do not propose to declare and pay out any final dividend for the Year.Even though the pandemic has passed and with the recovery of tourism in Macau and Hong Kong,the Group s operations in
32、 Macau and Hong Kong continued to be faced with challenges,including economic slowdown,cautious visitors spending,weak consumer sentiment and prevailing trend of northbound spending.All these changes in consumer behaviour have affected the momentum of growth in the Group s food and catering business
33、 and the Group s profitability for the Year.8 F U T U R E B R IGHT HOL D INGS L IMITE D 佳景集團有限公司Chairman s Statement 主席報告於本年度,澳門訪客人數上升23.8%,澳門訪客人數合共34,928,650人次,而二零二三年則為28,213,003人次。澳門訪客人數已達到疫前水平之89%。於本年度,本集團之澳門食物及餐飲業務表現與澳門訪客人數增幅相比未如理想,而本集團澳門之食品手信業務表現與澳門訪客人數增幅一致。於本年度,本集團在澳門國際機場開設3個美食廣場櫃位,在澳門開設1間西式餐廳

35、3.7%。In the Year,the level of visitor arrivals to Macau has recorded an increase of 23.8%,with a total of 34,928,650 visitors to Macau have been recorded as compared to 28,213,003 visitors for the year of 2023.The level of visitor arrivals to Macau has already reached 89%of pre-pandemic levels.In th
36、e Year,the Group s food and catering business in Macau have underperformed as compared to an increase in the level of visitor arrivals to Macau,whereas the Groups food souvenir business in Macau has performed in line with the increase in the level of visitor arrivals to Macau.During the Year,the Gro
37、up has opened 3 food court counters in the Macau International Airport,1 western restaurant in Macau,1 Snoopy themed food souvenir shop in Macau,and 3 food court counters in Hong Kong.The Group has closed 1 Chinese restaurant in Macau and 6 food court counters in Hong Kong.Detailed breakdown of the

54、ets out the direction of the Groups ESG management approach and strategies and is responsible for ensuring effective risk management and internal controls.With a view to having a systematic management of the ESG issues,the Group has established an ESG working taskforce(“the Taskforce”).The Taskforce
55、 comprises core members from different departments and is responsible for collecting relevant information on the Groups ESG aspects for preparing this Environmental,Social and Governance Report(“the ESG Report”).The Taskforce periodically reports to the Board,assists in identifying and evaluating th
56、e Group s ESG risks,including climate-related issues and the effectiveness in different aspects such as environment,production safety,labour standards and product responsibilities in the ESG aspects.The Taskforce is also responsible to monitor the Group s ESG performance through key performance indi
