4、ions by 50%over the next 10 years.A month later we achieved our Better Buildings Challenge goal of reducing our portfolio-wide energy usage by 20%over the previous 10 years.NHT is recognized for affordable housing sustainability expertise in our Policy,Lending,and Solar Development work.We have many

5、 energy efficient and green building certified communities,but our Real Estate Development and Asset Management teams have their own needs,priorities,and the real-world implementation challenges.On the ground,seven different property management companies operate our communities.NATIONAL HOUSING TRUS
